What this tool is

The US Setup Advisor is an informational tool. It gives a general recommendation for a US entity type and state, plus Entity Engine's published pricing for that setup, based on the answers you provide. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Your circumstances may require specific professional advice, which we are happy to arrange through a booked call with Entity Engine.

No warranty

We do our best to keep the recommendations accurate, but tax and corporate rules change. We give no warranty that any specific recommendation will be suitable for you. You are responsible for your own diligence before forming any entity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or automated entries, scrape the tool, or interfere with it. We use a honeypot field and rate limiting to block abuse; circumventing either is prohibited.
